Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Manager to join the team in either Renton, WA; Auburn, WA; Berkeley, MO; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Hazelwood, MO; North Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; Plano, TX; Saint Charles, MO; or Seattle, WA .
The manager within Global Sourcing and Vendor Management (GSVM) role reports directly into Information Technology (IT) Strategy and Operations and is responsible for managing and leading a team of highly skilled Sourcing and Vendor Management professionals along with external suppliers to ensure the business needs of IT are met.
The selected candidate will be responsibility leading the end-to-end sourcing process, building relationships, and working cross-functionally with indirect supply chain, invoicing Community of Excellence (CoE), portfolio leaders, service owners, functional leaders, cybersecurity, IT asset management, and finance. The candidate will also have responsibility collaboratively partnering with IT leaders and their service delivery organizations to solve business challenges.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads the end-to-end pre-contract sourcing process
Leads the end-to-end post-contract vendor management process
Leads and manages multiple IT projects and priorities
Builds and maintains relationships with vendors, partners and stakeholders at all levels
Builds and maintains a high-performing team
Drives innovation and continuous improvement
Leads a global multi-cultural team
Maintains confidentiality with vendors, stakeholders, executives, business partners, etc.
Adapts to changing business needs and market conditions
Identifies and addresses conflicts in an effective manner
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) sourcing and supplier collaboration and contract management
5+ years of experience within information technology
5+ years of experience with project management
5+ years of experience with working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $123,250 - $178,250
