You’ll join an innovative, mission-driven organization and be a foundational member of the Executive Leadership team. We are on a path to build a profitable, industry-defining company with solid economics and fundamentals that are strong.You'll be the most senior engineering leader - leading a team of 6 engineers across varying levels, one data engineer, as well as an offshore engineering team made up of 10. This position reports to the CEO.You will be working side-by-side with our engineers toward technical execution of our projects. You will also orchestrate the processes and systems necessary to empower the developers to deliver quality projects on time.The company was recently acquire and we are looking for a leader that is excited about working collaboratively within a larger organization. You will be responsible for helping the engineering team thrive inside a larger enterprise, post acquisition.You should be familiar with the in’s and outs of Ruby on Rails and full stack web development (HTML, JS, CSS/SASS, SQL).
