ServiceNow Lead/Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Will require work closely with process owners, architects and development team and help in designing solutions and enhancing the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Lead developer will lead a technical team of experienced ServiceNow developers for delivering projects and solutions as per the road-map of the customer.
Discuss and pre-groom all stories and business requirements with Business, product owners, business analysts, and process owners and provide detailed technical inputs so that proposed solutions, product capabilities and constraints are well understood before requirements and demands are formally accepted.
Create architecture, process and solution documents along with data flow and
Provide support to critical issues and work with support teams in recommending resolutions to avoid any business impact.
Review and develop configuration based on business needs
Work with testing teams in ensuring that solutions developed are well understood by the testing teams and thoroughly tested before being deployed in global instances.
Essential Skills: Extensive ServiceNow integration development experience, such as:
Beyond trust
Active Directory / Azure
Intune
MS Teams
Should have experience of guiding technical teams by building best possible solutions and architectures based on available technologies and future needs of the business.
Extensive hands-on code development experience in complex custom applications and integrations.
Extensive experience and a developer / development lead
Nice to Have Skills: Experience on Platform / CMDB
Extensive ServiceNow development
Integrations development of SOAP and REST
ServiceNow SecOps
Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow CAD / ITSM / SecOps
