Strong domain expertise in ServiceNow platform applications: IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM) etc 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration (SOAP, REST). degree in a technology field such as computer science. Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience with Jira and similar development platforms. Knowledge of ServiceNow Applications 5+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java integrations in ServiceNow. Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design. Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality. Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a bird’s-eye and granular level. Clearly document ServiceNow architecture for use internally. Participate in Agile development, e.g., assist with estimating effort and system complexity. Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
