**Job Functions:**
Provide Level 1 and 2 help desk support in a Windows AD environment
Deploy and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, VOIP, video conferencing system
Properly enter and track all support requests in the support database
Help manage patches and security updates
Troubleshoot basic network communications issues
Review reported malware, phishing, and other security incidents
Manage accurate equipment inventory
Document processes, procedures, and end user instructions
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
Provide excellent end-user training at all levels
Support and practice corporate security protocols
**Qualifications:**
Minimum 1 year experience working in a corporate IT Help Desk environment
Strong Windows 10 and some Windows AD knowledge required
M365, Zoom, TeamViewer, ServiceDesk+, MS Office, Mitel, Ivanti experience desired
Valid DL to travel to local branch sites as needed
Occasional evening or weekend work is necessary
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
Excellent email, telephone, and in person communication skills
High level of customer service
Great work ethic and positive attitude is a must
