Reliable Robotics brings together software and hardware engineers, certification experts, pilots, business specialists, and more with a wide variety of skillsets and technical backgrounds. As a Technical Training and Support Specialist, you will work to set all our employees up for success in using our internal systems and tools. **Responsibilities**

+ Work with employees to understand individual and group technology strengths and areas for improvement

+ Evaluate and select third-party training courses of use to employees

+ Develop and deliver company-specific training courses to employees

+ Understand and resolve employee technical issues

+ Identify trends in employee technical issues and develop plans to address them through system changes or training

+ Ensure smooth technical onboarding for new employees, including working with IT to provision accounts and computers

**Qualifications**

+ Experience working with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems

+ Experience working with Google Workspace collaboration tools (Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets)

+ Experience working with employees or customers in a support or service role

**Preferred Experience**

+ Experience developing and delivering training content

+ Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or GitHub
