**Mid Market Sales Manager (Remote)**

**Our Team:**
As one of the first Mid-Market sales managers, youll be a core member of our Mid-Market sales team and report directly to our Director of Mid-Market Sales. Youll play a major role in refining our outbound sales strategy, building the foundation for seller acquisition efforts, developing sales talent and growing the team over the next year.
****What you'll do:****
* Be directly responsible for the revenue growth results for our Mid-Market business unit, which is composed of high growth e-commerce companies. Examples of companies you may work with include Nordic Naturals Foods or Wholesome Goods bedding.
* Be directly responsible for hiring and coaching new and current Mid-Market account executives.
* Continuously optimize the sales process of the team using industry best practices like MEDICC and BANT
* Motivate, inspire and hold team members accountable to metrics that are aligned to company success.
* Partner with MM AEs to help strategize, co-pitch and close accounts of all sizes.
* Work cross functionally with leads in other departments to maximize the effectiveness of Deliverrs product offerings.
* Execute on our go to market strategy that drives repeatable success in Deliverrs core categories. Use data to inform investment decisions on territory planning and compensation design.
* Lead a forecast and pipeline management process with your team that fosters a culture of accountability and rewards results while giving the business the transparency it needs to plan ahead.
****What were looking for:****
* 3+ years of sales management experience.
* 1+ years in a relevant Mid-Market sales management or sales experience.
* Great organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and people.
* Leads by example and owns all results of their team; First one in, last one out mentality.
* Puts the customer first in all situations regardless of the sale.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of eCommerce direct to consumer sites like Shopify and BigCommerce, and some knowledge of multi-channel online retail such as eBay, Amazon, and Walmart.
* Strong technical knowledge of ERPs and channel integration tools like Netsuite
* B2B sales experience and/or experience of working in, or selling into online retail.
* High Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
