Develop and manage vendor relationships that support Talent Acquisition objectives
Research, organize, and participate in recruiting events such as on-campus recruiting and job fairs
Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
Who You Are Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
2+ years of in-house recruitment and/or combination of agency recruitment experience
2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, such as data scientists and software engineers, in a SaaS environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities for various levels and use of innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates
Solid understanding in effectively managing the candidate and hiring manager’s experience in the recruitment process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with an ATS, experience with Lever is a plus
Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams with overlapping assignments and work independently with minimal supervision
Possess a high level of attention to detail
