What You’ll Be Doing

As a Corporate Senior Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt job openings for corporate positions, including executives and senior leadership. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify and implement effective recruitment strategies while mentoring recruiters on the team. Strong focus on sourcing, passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research to recruit qualified candidates. In addition, you will ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent communication throughout the process, including the sharing of feedback after hiring decision has been made. You will act as a true business partner for all things related to talent, recruiting, and hiring. This position is responsible for working across corporate niche recruiting and building the SCP Health brand.

Responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake call/sourcing through offer stages

Source candidates, evaluate applicant qualifications, phone screen, schedule and conduct interviews, reference checks, and extend competitive offers

Maintain and uphold Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance

Act as a thought partner, advisor, and consultant to Executives, Hiring Leaders, and HRBPs

Partner with Senior Managers to develop recruiting strategies for current and future needs including pipelines for future business needs

Be data driven and use recruitment reporting and analytics to influence decisions

Build new recruitment strategies to support hiring initiatives with clear and defined goals and outcomes

Project manage and lead internal initiatives from a talent perspective

Utilize the applicant tracking system (Jobvite)

Post jobs to various internet sites, disposition candidate status through each step of the process and hiring/closing out candidates on requisitions

Serve as a point of contact between the candidate and SCP Health during the selection process

Discuss offer details with hiring manger

Conduct debrief sessions with hiring manager to discuss candidate qualifications

Partner with Compensation and HRBP

Prepare and extend new hire offer

Who/What We Are Looking For

Corporate recruiting 5+ years of experience

5 or more years experience of full life cycle corporate recruiting supporting exempt and non-exempt hiring

Proven ability hiring executives through the entire recruitment lifecycle

Experience using applicant tracking system (Jobvite preferred)

Prepare and extend new hire offer

Strong communication and ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel

Strong knowledge of social media and demonstrated usage of tools such as LinkedIn

Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and counsel other recruiters on best practices and recruiting processes

Healthcare knowledge a plus

Ability to work on special projects, in addition to typical recruiting workload

Must be an independent worker, a self-starter, detail oriented, team player, analytical and have the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously

Experience using HRIS platform (Workday preferred)

Must be provocative, forward thinking and ability to think outside the box

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field

SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
