Business Development Executive

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities with CEOs, CHROs, and other C-suite executives. Your focus will be on selling our suite of executive coaching, culture transformation, and talent management solutions to enterprise-level organizations.

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates located in Boston, Chicago, or Atlanta)
Responsibilities: Budget: You will be expected to meet and exceed quarterly revenue and activity targets.
Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth discovery calls and consultations to understand client challenges and identify opportunities for our solutions to add value.
Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our services and address client needs.
Closing: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Process Management: Efficiently track and manage sales activities through our CRM system.
Qualifications: Proven Track Record: 5+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling professional services to enterprise clients.
Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Consultative Selling: Strong skills in needs analysis, solution design, and value-based selling.
Executive Presence: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-suite executives.
Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals with long sales cycles.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Human Resources, Culture and Leadership development landscape is a plus.
Self-Motivation: Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Quality, Integrity, Responsiveness: A commitment to delivering high-quality service, acting with integrity, and responding promptly to client needs and coworkers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
