We are excited to announce a unique opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Sr Sales Development Representative in the United States. Responsibilities:

Create and implement strategies to boost sales and increase customer reach

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales campaigns

Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences

Successfully implement sales initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.

Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $128,000.00–$191,975.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
