Roles And Responsibilities
Technology Leadership:
Develop and execute the company’s engineering strategy in alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Drive innovation and technical excellence across all engineering disciplines.
Product Development and Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Champion best practices in software development, architecture, and engineering processes.
Technical Architecture and Scalability:
Define and implement scalable and robust technical architectures and solutions to support current operations and future growth.
Ensure systems and infrastructure are secure, reliable, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
Team Management and Development:
Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent, providing mentorship and career growth opportunities.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability within the engineering organization.
Establish performance metrics and goals for the engineering team and monitor progress towards achieving them.
Collaboration and Communication:

Act as a technical advisor and advocate for engineering initiatives across the organization.
Compensation

Skills And Qualifications
