As the Vice President of Americas Sales, you will spearhead our Americas sales organization, leading a team of professionals to drive revenue growth across the region. Key Responsibilities
Lead the America’s Sales Organization, driving revenue growth and market expansion
Develop and execute strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals, leveraging your proven expertise in sales leadership
Implement robust sales methodologies, processes, and execution strategies to optimize performance
Lead the team in a data-driven disciplined sales effectiveness practice including account and opportunity planning and pipeline management
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and performance management to deliver consistent results
Build and manage Executive relationships with key customers and partners
Foster cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication to align sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives
Bring a deep understanding of IT Solutions, Security, and Software Sales, along with executive-level experience in leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams
Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of successful sales leadership and management
Proven experience in scaling revenue from $100 million to $500 million
Expertise in sales methodology, process optimization, and execution
Strong strategic communication and influencing skills
15+ years of experience in IT Solution/Security/Software Sales, including 5+ years in executive sales management roles
Knowledge of selling Application Delivery Controllers (ADCs), Firewalls, IPSEC, DDOS, SSL Visibility, and/or Security products is highly desirable
Bonus Traits
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Previous leadership experience in a company renowned for its world-class sales practices
