ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Play keys on Sundays and mid-week events
Direct and coach bands in a live gathering on Sunday and mid-week events
Develop tracks for mid-week events, programming, arrangements as directed
Inject creativity into the music development process
Maintain and implement all keys/tracks rigs
Assist in scoring video / live projects as directed
Support the worship / creative team as needed
Communicate with production worship needs
Identify and raise up additional keys players, music directors, and playback operators

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
Has 5+ years of experience playing keys and music directing with touring level bands. Individual must be well acquainted with the sound of modern worship music and a master of Ableton, MainStage, Logic Pro X or ProTools, and any other relevant software. Undergraduate or Graduate level music education is a plus.
