**Location:** Baton Rouge, LA (Remote, work from home option available)
**Employment type:**
Full Time, Temporary
**Work Schedule:**
Availability needed for different shifts Monday Friday: (7am 5pm)
**What you will do:**
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for driving customer success while supporting applicants applying for assistance from specialized state disaster recovery programs. As a CSR, you will provide timely and accurate information to applicants and program members via telephone, while simultaneous inputting data into an application system.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and who has strong computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
**Other Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills or prior experience
* Polished phone etiquette, grammar, and solid computer data entry skills are required
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
* Dependability is essential. Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history.
* Hunger for Customer Service Excellence
* Professional proficiency in the English language
