Position OverviewAs a District Manager, you will be a key figure in our organization, overseeing cafes and catering departments. You'll lead a team of Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services, managing client relations, and ensuring the superior quality of food offerings to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Monitor the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability. Personnel Policies: Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies. Region Management: Manage planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region. Sales Contribution: Participate in the sales process to grow the region. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Five to seven years of contract food service management experience. Corporate Dining background preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills, financial acumen. Multi-unit experience is preferred.
