The Recruiter's primary role is the recruitment of all Behavior Technician. Communication skills are required to persuade or gain cooperation and acceptance of ideas. Responsibility exists to ensure that internal customers are satisfied and meeting expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration OR equivalent experience.
Advanced skill set in google sheets
Highly organized and have meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial
