Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Creates job posting and advertisement.
Sources resumes from job boards, reviews applications, and selects qualified candidates.
Conducts initial phone interviews and makes recommendations.
Coordinates virtual and/or in-person interviews with hiring managers, program team, and/or end customers.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, coursework in recruiting processes, or equivalent work experience.
Two to five years of recruiting experience preferred.
Experience recruiting for technical positions and government contracts is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with applicant-tracking software.
Proficient with the use of job boards for posting jobs and sourcing candidates.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
