Overview:
THE ROLE:
Herbalife Nutrition is seeking a sustainability professional with Sustainability/ESG reporting expertise to join our Global Responsibility team. The Global Responsibility team has strategic responsibility for Herbalife Nutrition ESG activities and works with global teams and business partners across the organization to implement Herbalife Nutritions ESG strategy, policies, programs and setting as well as setting related ESG goals.
This position will be responsible for leading various Global Responsibility and ESG strategies and programs that support Herbalife Nutritions commitments, including managing relationships with internal and external teams and functions, coordinating materiality, stakeholder issue engagement, external and internal KPI reporting and assessment and develop related disclosures and communications. The Director will also oversee ongoing benchmarks and milestones set by the organization and make recommendations to strengthen Herbalife Nutritions position as appropriate.
This candidate must have experience developing and leading global ESG programs and policies and a strong track record of implementing and achieving success with ESG programs and reporting ESG metrics internally and externally. This role will be responsible for strong global collaboration with key business functions to influence the business to drive improving metrics across sustainability and ESG measures. The successful candidate will bring outstanding skills in driving initiatives across an organization and collaborating with all levels from individual contributors to senior management.
This position will also develop and recommend programs and actions to the ESG Steering Committee Secretariat, executive and leadership teams as well as functions which comprise Herbalife Nutritions governance structure for cross-organizational delivery of ESG commitments, policies, and programs.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Serve as enterprise leader on ESG/Global Responsibility reporting, benchmarking best-in-class methods, monitoring future trends and priorities, and making recommendations to enhance Herbalife Nutrition programs, goals, data collection and reporting methods
Lead execution and strategic development of priority ESG and Global Responsibility programs including benchmarking, assessment, goal setting and tracking achievements
Identify and recommend program and actions to ESG Steering Committee Secretariat, executive and regional teams to achieve strategic ESG goals
Support prioritization and implementation of key ESG initiatives and work horizontally across the enterprise to ensure integration of ESG programs, milestones, and goals
Develop ESG best practices implementation across global business functions and teams.
Partner with legal, Human Resources, finance, and other teams in updating annual disclosures (Proxy, 10K, etc.) as needed.
Assist with ratings & rankings strategy for Herbalife Nutrition, working closely with other corporate departments and regional teams
Ensure implementation plans are effectively managed and milestones are achieved
Manage project budgets, schedules, action and workplans, and resources to project completion
Manage work across various consultants and third-party agencies for ESG strategic development
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a direct report at the manager level
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
10 years of work experience with demonstrated success leading global ESG programs
Combination of business management skills and a strong knowledge of ESG goal setting, disclosures, sustainability, social impact, etc.
Demonstrated success in ESG KPI and goal setting, measurement, tracking
In depth knowledge of various reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, DJSI, TCFD), and/or investor-preferred evaluations such as Sustainalytics, MSCI, etc.)
Experience working with cross-functional internal and external teams for implementation of cohesive integrated ESG programs, best practices, and achievements
Demonstrated success with cohesive analysis and assessment of impact using both key quantitative and qualitative data points
Proficient at working in a technical environment; ability to translate technical solutions into business goals and vice-versa
Experience and ability for complex problem solving and develop new ideas that will enhance partnership results, is future-oriented and assesses what will help/hinder achieving goals
Education
B.A. in relevant field (4 years).
Degree in environment management, public policy, sustainability or related field, a plus.
Master's in Business, Public Policy, Communications a plus.
