POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general direction, this senior sales position will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's sales department, supporting and promoting profitable goals and objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manages the sales function concurrent with business growth; introduction of new operational systems; meeting department financial objectives.
Uses all available tools to generate appointments (prospecting, networking, current relationships).
Generates revenue by selling products and services as described in eBryIT Line Card document.
Completes User Specific training program.
Follows all corporate policies and processes.
Meets and/or exceeds defined minimum expectations from a revenue generation perspective.
Ensures the proper training and development of all sales staff to meet the needs of the department and individual employees.
Accompany Account Executives on significant sales meetings and calls.
Prepares and delivers formal presentations before various entities.
Assesses and assists in upgrading the management talent base within the sales department to achieve growth and meet market needs.
Ensures the same sales processes are implemented throughout the region of responsibility for consistent reporting of information to both internal and external customers. This includes processes for negotiation strategy preparation and execution. Additionally, where necessary, support work with IT to ensure consistent reporting activities with the latest automations.
Coordinates the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly reports.
Participates in the implementation of new processes, product, and systems technology to meet the department's objectives.
Establishes, prepares, implements, revises, and maintains policies and procedures related to sales.
Reviews job specifications, performance, and disciplinary determinations; conducts staff meetings and initiates wage increases based on performance; hears and resolves complaints and grievances as necessary as pertains to the Sales department.
Displays a consistently positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous, and professional attitude as an essential function of this position.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The incumbent needs a diversified background with strong sales, business, and managerial skills.
Decisions are made, based on inputs provided by superiors and peers, consistent with company goals.
BACKGROUND CLEARANCE:
Background check includes but is not limited to employment history, social security number verification, criminal background history, credit history, substance abuse screening, sexual offender's registry, and 3 years' motor vehicle driving history.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Possession of a bachelor's degree in business management from an accredited college or university or the equivalent in sales experience; and
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience selling monthly recurring revenues and technology services to customer and
Demonstrable prior track record in exceeding minimum revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas. Demonstrated experience setting sales goals.
Travel locally in GA.

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
