The Executive Assistant position with Linetec is responsible for a wide range of duties for our Houston office from receptionist to assisting in projects as needed (such as Storm Support, Training Initiatives, etc.).
What You'll Do
+ Manage and Maintain automatic phone system
+ Answer and route calls as required
+ Facilitate meeting arrangements for Operations Leadership and Operations Support each week including (but not limited to):
+ Travel Arrangements
+ Booking Meeting Spaces
+ Meals
+ Agenda Development
+ Record Meeting Minutes & Action Items
+ Maintain Office Supplies, Email Distribution Groups, and Office Calendars
+ Coordinate Team-Building Activities
+ Sort Mail to Appropriate Departments
+ Maintain SharePoint Site
+ Assist in Ad Hoc projects as needed (ex. Storm Support Roster preparation, maintain Storm Contacts, etc.)
+ Maintain Company Organizational Chart
+ Create Fuel Card Usage Reports, etc.
What You'll Have
+ Skills: Highly Organized, Excellent Communication, Profession Demeanor
+ Bilingual in Spanish is Preferred
+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred
+ 5+ years experience supporting business executives with strong references
+ Knowledge of department practices and procedures
+ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
+ Strong keyboard skills are necessary
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality

+ Must be able to read documents and use a computer
+ Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
+ Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
+ Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods, walk to and from offices/sites (including ascending and descending stairs)
