Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Partner at Baird Augustine. The Partner will be responsible for facilitating connections and partnerships between startups and institutional investors, acquiring and preserving legacy businesses, managing the Asymmetrical Alpha Hedge Fund, and conducting thorough market analysis. The role is primarily located in the San Francisco Bay Area but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Experience in facilitating connections with institutional investors and startups, as well as business acquisition and legacy preservation
Understanding of investment strategies and market analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Experience in the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
CFA or similar certification is a plus
