The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of commercial legal support processes and will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, with a focus on privacy and intellectual property. This includes the structuring, drafting, negotiation, and review of various commercial contracts, such as master service agreements, licensing agreements, and other commercial arrangements. The role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at finding creative solutions and is comfortable leading teams and interacting with executives both internally and externally.Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should be well-versed in legal analysis, particularly in the areas of privacy, personal data, and intellectual property.
