Client Services Representative

ExecuSource has partnered with an auction house in Irving, TX in search of a Client Services Representative . Compensation is $ 20/hr with a $500 bonus after 90 days worked and annual performance based bonus. This will be 100% onsite M-F 8-5pm and is a direct-hire, permanent position. Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
The Client Services Representative is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for clients. Handling incoming calls, processing payments, resolving concerns, and managing client orders are central to this role.

What you get to do:
Manage incoming client calls and payments with accuracy and courtesy.
Thoroughly document all interactions in the client database system.
Provide timely follow-up to resolve inquiries and concerns.
Process payments meticulously, ensuring accurate documentation.
Cultivate trust and rapport with clients through engaging communication.
Uphold high customer satisfaction standards by providing accurate information.
Handle client catalog orders and incoming auction bids.
Work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
High school diploma required.
2+ years of customer service experience.
2+ years of experience in email and chat communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional client service.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
