Client Service Representative
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Client Service Representative to partner with Internal and External Financial Advisors, Relationship Managers and other Professional Partners including Senior Management to provide client service and support which may include but is not limited to client onboarding, account maintenance, assistance with transaction processing, asset management, customized reporting, platform support, administrative tasks, and ad hoc project management. All Client Service Representatives are expected to adhere to all policies and procedures including company and industry-wide compliance regulations. Clients may include private individuals, family offices, businesses, financial institutions, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), private funds, and retirement plans. We are looking for Client Service Representatives to work in our downtown Dallas office primarily with the potential to work from home in certain circumstances.
Additionally, Client Service Representatives will:
Receive hands-on experience working directly with clients in all aspects of client servicing across multiple inter-company divisions
Partner with Relationship Managers and Advisors to expand their client base and provide service and support functions such as client/prospect meeting preparation, client onboarding tasks, account maintenance, transaction processing, platform troubleshooting, and ad hoc projects
Other responsibilities may include utilizing compliance monitoring systems to review client accounts, transactions, recipients, and other related parties to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
Work together with technology teams and other cross-functional groups to sustain the client's service platform
Interact and network with senior professionals throughout the firm to fuel career success
Client Service Representatives will participate in comprehensive training, in which curriculum will be delivered in both a formal setting and on the job:
In-depth training on proprietary products and services, regulatory and compliance requirements, and company policies and procedures
Hands-on training where colleagues will be shadowed to observe phone skills, perfect written communications (emails and letters), and learn how to manage daily workloads
Career management, including behavioral coaching to develop professional skills and achieve success beyond the CSR role
Professional Certifications pertaining to retirement plan management may be required for certain job functions
Applicants should have:
1-2 years experience in a client support role in financial services or other industries requiring robust regulatory oversight
Skills in financial services, retirement planning or banking
A hands-on approach to client management
Possess strong written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Client-centric approach to problem solving
A collaborative mindset and empathetic qualities
Client Service Representatives should be willing to go above and beyond expectations to assist clients in their daily needs
