We are seeking out individuals that will be able to keep an upbeat, positive attitude while handling communications with our clients' customers. Previous customer service experience is desirable, as well as a strong understanding of communications skills. The right candidate will have the ability to stay calm in high-stress situations, both in training and while creating a welcoming rapport with clientele.
