About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Director of Advancement to join its pioneering development team. This remote role is a unique opportunity for a dedicated fundraising professional to contribute to the growth and impact of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, relationship building, and driving the advancement work of the organization. This includes expanding the development pipeline, securing significant funds, and supporting the organization's mission to build and connect violence intervention programs with a focus on global equity.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, with a proven track record of securing financial support. They will work closely with senior staff and program directors to ensure the organization's forward momentum in resource mobilization. Key responsibilities for the Associate Director of Advancement include developing and nurturing relationships with the Advancement Council and key funders, as well as building and managing internal processes for pipeline management, stewardship, and grant reporting. The role demands a high level of collaboration, as the successful candidate will be a central coordinator in the effort to expand the scope and breadth of the organization's impact. An appetite for growth, a commitment to equity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment are essential for this position.
