About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Service Sales with a strong background in leading a revenue-driving sales organization, particularly in the areas of prioritizing service agreements and electrical powertrain solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the profitable achievement of targets related to life cycle management and service products, as well as for developing and executing account and acquisition plans to support growth. This role demands a leader who can spearhead sales efforts, craft comprehensive sales plans, and provide effective leadership and coaching to a large team of inside and outside sales representatives. Collaboration with various teams, including offer management, delivery, business operations, and communications, is essential to simplify the sales offering and ensure a unified approach across all sales channels.Applicants for the VP of Service Sales position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and have a minimum of 15 years' experience in sales through a distributorship network, with a proven track record of managing channel partners. The role requires a candidate with a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US.
