About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Sales for the US Central and Mid-West regions. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and inspirational leader with over 15 years of experience in a relevant leadership and customer-facing role. This executive will be tasked with leading regional sales teams, driving profitability, and ensuring the integrity and growth of the business in the designated territories. Key responsibilities include providing leadership to senior management, working with sales leadership on regional updates and forecasting, and identifying new investment opportunities to develop go-to-market plans. The role also involves overseeing a multimillion-dollar P&L, leading the implementation of industry-specific sales strategies, and driving market demand for the company's offerings across various business segments.Candidates for the SVP of Sales position should have a proven track record in technology sales, managing a multimillion-dollar P&L, and developing high-performance teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to operate within a highly matrixed organization and act as a mentor and coach to the team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and the ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering client relationships, be adept at fostering client relationships, and have a strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue expectations.
