What You Will Do

From initial assessments to entire transformations, you will deliver Workday Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions. topic areas
As a Workday Senior Consultant your project assignments and development activities may include:
Participating in all stages of the GH+ Workday methodology for implementing Workday Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning solutions, performing the following on client engagements:
Lead clients through all phases of their system implementation as the Workday Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning functional expert – including business process discovery, design, configuration, and testing phases
Coach client during business process design, offering options, risks, and downstream impacts related to decisions
Configure the Workday system per client business requirements and Workday standards
Timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentation
Collaborate on client integration design, configuration, and testing
Collaborate on client data migrations
Coach clients in Workday project approach and act as a role model in project tasks, such as testing, data validation, issue management, and communication with project leadership
Proactively communicate project risks and issues to project leadership
Responsible for your individual professional growth and sharing knowledge with Guidehouse peers to ensure quality and professional growth thrives throughout the Workday practice
Providing on-site support for key milestones as needed
What You Will Need
US Citizenship required, no dual citizenship allowed
Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance
Bachelors with minimum 3-5 years of prior consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions OR Master's degree and 1-3 years of prior consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions
Experience implementing Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning solutions
Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar applications
Experience with the execution of projects
Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
Up to 50% of travel to client site and Guidehouse office balanced with work from home
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, preferably focused on Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
What Would Be Nice To Have
Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations
Current holder of the following Workday Certifications: HCM Core, Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent Management, and/or Workday Learning
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Experience working in Federal Government Recruiting, Talent Management, or Learning environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today
The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
