What You’ll Be Doing
In your role as the VP of Sales for North America, you will have overall responsibility for driving new and additional sales in the region. You will lead, develop, and grow the U.S. sales team by setting clear directions and fostering a high-performing sales culture in alignment with the Configit way of selling. You will generate revenue by attracting and winning new customers while retaining current ones, ultimately building a solid customer base and market presence.
This role is based in Atlanta, GA, and reports directly to the CCO. Travel of up to 50% is to be expected.
Lead, develop and grow the US sales team.
Set clear direction and goals for the sales team as for the individual.
Build a high-performing sales culture to reach goals
Coach the sales executives
Plan and execute on how to Engage with potential enterprise customers through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to create/strengthen interest in Configit and our solutions
Plan and drive the strategic sales cases according to the Configit-way-of-selling .
Drive sales process towards closure, develop proposals, give presentations, negotiate prices, and stay focused throughout the entire sales process.
Study and learn at becoming an expert in Configit , value proposition, markets, competitors, etc. ongoing
Facilitate and lead the collaboration internally with Marketing, pre-sales, delivery and other functions.
What We Expect from You
Your Work Experience & Education:
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field
5+ years of leadership experience in developing and growing sales teams in the US
5-8+ years of relevant sales experience in selling complex software to large enterprise customers
Willingness to travel up to 50% of time
Nice to Have:
Solid experience and knowledge of PDM/PLM, ERP and CRM/CPQ systems
Your Skills, Traits & Style:

Expertise in building a high-performance sales culture
