Location: Atlanta, Georgia with some remote flexibility
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and manage a team of sales professionals while also engaging in sales activities to drive revenue and expand the customer base. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure that the corporate goals and objectives are met in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
Heavy emphasis on Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and business development professional
Monitor compliance to and use of pricing models to ensure the corporate profit level goals of the Company.
Oversee the business development, lead generation, and sales funnel process for new customer acquisition.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base =$200k
Variable Bonus: $150k (target)
OTE year 1: $350k
