Role Description The Vice President, Analytics and Reporting reports to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer and is responsible for delivering high quality data analytics and reporting through collaboration with engineers, analysts, andproduct teams in afast-paced, agile environment leveraging cutting-edge technology to reimagine how healthcare is provided. The role is instrumental in the designing, integrating, and implementing analytic solutions for Population Health as well as Growth and Patient Experience. In addition, this leader will be responsible for engaging with business users and other stakeholders and managing the demand pipeline.This position is also responsible for developing and growing ahigh performing analytics team, by identifying , training and developing talent.
Core Responsibilities Demonstrate track record and expertise to develop healthcare business focused reporting and analytic roadmap, and execute with speed and accuracy
Manage and develop ahigh performing team of Data analytic professionals and BI Developers — and develop strong working partnerships with data engineering teams.
Engage with and develop end to end analytic solutions around Patient engagement, experience , clinical, quality , provider and condition related analytics — to drive deep insights and impactful business outcomes
Lead the team through design, development, and deployment of new functionality.
Innovation and ideation around new areas of data driven impact around medical cost and patient experience
Work closely with other development teams to create the platform vision and evolve the product roadmap.
Set appropriate project backlogs and manage ongoing changes.
Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and apositive, solution-oriented attitude.
Monitor the evolving market landscape and make strategic recommendations to drive innovation and business impact.

We are looking for Domain expertise and demonstrated experience in developing and operating innovative healthcare analytic solutions utilizing member, claims , clinical and provider data
10+ years working with Healthcare Payer or provider operational or clinical data and analytics — working on topics like member experience, digital, claims analytics, payment integrity, condition and clinical analytics, provider performance, risk analytics and pharmacy claims
A first principles mindset to drive and lead analytics engagements
Strong understanding and hands on experience with analytic and reporting tools in abig data or cloud environment
Strong knowledge of data and business intelligence inAzure
Demonstrated success with managing multiple product life cycles or projects
Experience in driving and achieving operational excellence and delivering results, and measuring efforts against goals
Excellent leadership skills, mentoring skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Some travel required (10%)
