Our client is seeking a talented Logistics Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Interface with with a diverse internal team across Clinical, Manufacturing, and Quality functions as well as external partners to support the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Coordinate activities with transportation carriers, Customs Brokers and importers.
Documenting and monitoring the on time and in-full delivery of product to delivery points.
Research import/export requirements by country and transport lane.
Review and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and coordinated between 3rd party ship sites, CMOs, depots and sites.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Export & Import Documentation Requirements.
Understanding of GxP in relation to transportation.
Dangerous Goods Shipping Hazmat Awareness/Certification a plus.
1-2 years of transportation logistics experience; and • BS/BA degree in related discipline Experience
