We are hiring a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Partnership Account Manager (PAM) responsible for fostering and managing the partnership between Split and Microsoft . As a PAM you are an integral part of Microsoft's business and can build solid relationships across all departments and teams in the organization. The PAM has a business development mindset, an entrepreneurial approach, strong project management skills and a relentless passion to help expand the Microsoft Partner revenue and market share with Split. This role reports into the VP Partnerships and Customer Success. The salary will comprise of a base and variable with OTE ranging from $170,000 to $225,000 depending on skills, experience, and location. The ideal candidate will be based in one of our office locations in a hybrid role or one of our hubs in a remote role.

Partnership Management
Manage key partner activities including co-development of a business plan aligning Partner strengths, goals, and initiatives with Split solutions.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft and Split Software; serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related communications and activities.
Map Split’s value propositions into Microsoft’s strategic priorities to create compelling events for the sales force.
Success Metrics Measurement
Responsible for forecasting, quota attainment, sales training, sales/opportunity management, compliance with certification requirements.
Define and track key success metrics for the Microsoft and Split Software partnership.
Regularly assess the performance of the partnership against established metrics; provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the partnership based on performance data.
Project Management
Oversee successful execution of joint projects and deliverables outlined in partnership agreement.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and goals.
Communication And Collaboration
Facilitate effective communication through regular meetings or check-ins to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned..
Liaison between technical teams, sales teams, and leadership to ensure alignment on objectives.
Work with Split sales teams to ensure proper Channel engagement and Customer satisfaction.
Marketing, Market Analysis And Opportunity Identification
Manage co-marketing activities in conjunction with Split and Microsoft marketing resources.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth within the Microsoft and Split partnership.
Provide strategic recommendations for expanding and optimizing the partnership.

Familiarity with Microsoft and Split Software products and technologies.
Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and ability to work autonomously.
Based in one of our office locations in a hybrid role (Redwood City, CA or Boston, MA) or one of our hubs in a remote role (Seattle, WA, Austin, TX or Denver, CO)
US Pay Range
$175,000 — $225,000 USD
