The Company is in urgent need of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of the school district. The CFO will be responsible for developing and maintaining an accounting and internal control system to ensure accurate financial reporting and safeguarding of financial assets. This role involves implementing effective cash management and investment programs, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and coordinating the preparation of financial reports for various government entities. The CFO will also establish official budgets for school operations, capital projects, debt servicing, and federal grants, and act as the district's liaison with financial auditors.Candidates for the CFO position at The Company must have a Bachelor's degree with a Certified Public Accountant Certificate or a Master's degree in business administration, along with a minimum of 5 years' of managerial experience in governmental finance.
