The Company is in search of a Vice President of Accounting to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of accounting principles, particularly those specific to the restaurant sector. The VP of Accounting will work closely with executive management to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability. Adherence to regulatory mandates, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with external partners such as auditors and financial entities, is essential.Applicants for the Vice President of Accounting position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA certification being advantageous. A background in restaurant, hospitality, or franchise operations is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Profound knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a culture of cooperation and excellence, are also required. The role demands a candidate who can provide financial perspectives, support strategic decision-making, and lead a team of accounting experts with a focus on productivity and teamwork.
