Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and product development, to resolve customer issues
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer support operations
Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions
Provide customer feedback to the relevant internal teams
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
Experience working with CRM software is a plus
