Overview:
Under the direction of the Vice President, Growth Partnerships, the newly created Senior Director, Growth Partnerships will serve as the principal point of contact for IQTs strategic growth and development of partnerships to better serve its national security mission. The Senior Director will engage, explore, and develop new partnerships within the National Security Community in support of IQTs Capabilities and Insights business lines. This candidate will prepare new partnerships for ingestion of the IQT model and where applicable deliver a new partnership to an IQT mission partnership member responsible for managing the existing partnerships. Working across an extremely diverse mission set and diving deep into partner problems, the candidate serves as the primary liaison between IQT and any prospective USG and/or related-partner inquiring or involved in the emerging technology ecosystem. This person will leverage a broad, cross-functional team, including IQT staff as well as government representatives, in a fast-paced, collegial, and collaborative environment for the sole purpose of impacting mission.
Responsibilities:
Developing a New Partner engagement strategy in concert with VP, Growth Partnerships
Identifying prospective new USG partners
Identifying partnership opportunities to support IQTs Capabilities and Insights business lines
Supporting IQTs growth strategies in identifying possible new partnerships and fielding inquiries from external USG organizations seeking to be part of the IQT framework
Coordinating IQT external presentations and collateral
Coordinate IQT external presentation teams including meeting preparation, and follow-up actions
Guide IQT Tech Staff and Investment Teams, ensuring their expertise translates into possible partnerships.
Foster a collaborative environment between departments where Tech Staff and Investment Team effectively support the new partnerships team's goals.
Implement clear, scalable processes for faster, more efficient partner onboarding and transition to the Mission Partnership Team
Collaborate with existing IQT Partners to support the new Partner onboarding
Promote partner adoption through proactive communication and training
Leverage a knowledge management tool for historical continuity
Collaboration Enabler: Optimize communication between internal teams (SMEs, mission partnership leads, portfolio success)
Work with colleagues to facilitate seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration to optimize new partner identification through onboarding
Qualifications:
Due to contractual reasons, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Ability to hold/maintain an active TS/SCI FS Poly security clearance.
Track record of engaging with C-suite.
Excellent Computer skills Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Proven track record of success creating new partnerships or relationships translating to new business for an organization or increased support of current business.
Understanding of the Federal procurement landscape and its unique processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for optimizing workflows.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
Ability to drive change and inspire cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize several projects and details.
Effective at establishing and maintaining ongoing interaction with government partner executives and management.
Ability to work with strong technologists and subject matter experts, including a proven track record of earning the confidence of such players.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, that allows for growth to demonstrate an accurate understanding of a government partners technology requirements as well as the companys ability to address those needs.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the year.
