IT Support Technician II
IDR is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician II to join their team. This is a 1-year contract position with potential for extension. The successful candidate will provide technical support to end users in a hybrid work environment. The IT Support Technician II will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a team-focused mindset and be able to share knowledge with others.
Required Skills for IT Support Technician II Associate's Degree in a related field of study with 2 or more years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, software troubleshooting, printers, RSA, and VPN
Customer/solution ownership, an overall drive for excellence
Written and verbal communication skills with end users
Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
Ability to understand user and business needs and translate to technical solutions
Basic knowledge of current IT technical standards as related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, software troubleshooting, VPN technologies and RSA and Video Teleconference (VTC) and other related peripherals
Comprehensive troubleshooting skills of industry standard hardware and software products/services

Work Schedule Details
10am - 7pm shift time, Onsite at first, but after 2 months or so hybrid can be offered
