As a LoadUp Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first contact point for our Loader teams and consumers. You will provide a customer-centric experience through phone calls, texts, chats, and emails. QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of call center customer service experience

Ability to work at night and on the weekends

Problem-solving ability; creative thinking

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Personable; positive attitude; fun to be around; collaborative spirit

Results driven

Ability to commute to the Alpharetta, GA office for monthly Team meetings

SALARY AND BONUS POTENTIAL

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

$500 Monthly Performance Bonus at 100% of target
