Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Assist in coordinating employee training programs and performance evaluation processes.

Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and payment tracking.

Work closely with the finance department to reconcile financial records and ensure accuracy.

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Provide administrative support to project managers and construction teams as needed.
