About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Process Engineering to lead and drive business improvement initiatives across its Facilities network. The successful candidate will be the key program leader, responsible for project selection, design, development, planning, coordination, evaluation, and execution of various business improvement projects. These projects will focus on enhancing network operations, improving plant and transportation economics, identifying and developing growth projects, and establishing operational excellence and best practices. The role also involves evaluating new technology to support business growth and expansion, and serving as a technical expert in the advancement of revenue and Ebit performance.
Applicants must have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in the design of processes used in refineries, chemical manufacturing, and recycling. Incineration experience is a plus, and experience in waste processing is desirable. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving results through the integration of engineering, operations, business, customer requirements, innovation, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, be proficient in technical document interpretation, and possess excellent detail and presentation skills. A high level of business acumen, the ability to challenge the status quo, and a willingness to travel are also essential.
