Job Purpose
The Sr. Payroll Associate will engage and build relationships with team members & thrive to make impactful experiences throughout an employees' life cycle. The Sr. Payroll Associate will support the execution of all People functions and is primarily responsible for HRIS/Payroll administration, health and welfare benefits, leave administration, workers' compensation administration, risk management support, employee changes, and employee files/tickets.
Payroll/HRIS/Reporting:
Process payroll for all employees in the organization
Maintain personnel database regarding wages and earnings
Process organization expenses
Processed missed time punches and edit
Route HireRight Request
Process New Hire and Separation Communications
Facilitate relationship with Temporary agency for timekeeping
Manage Cobra Administration and Documentation
Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
Work with company database programs to maintain Payroll integrity
Prepare adhoc and Schedule Reporting
Process Scheduled and adhoc bonus and Miscellaneous Payment(tips)
Process termination checks and payments
Support with maintaining data integrity within HCM
Support with maintaining Tax compliance within all jurisdictions
Requirements
7+ years of Payroll experience (companies with 1,000+ employees)
Experience using Ceridian/Dayforce (preferred), ADP, Paycom, or other HRIS platforms required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including PPT, XLS, and DOC)
Ability to drive process change and process improvement where necessary
Independent thinker with change leader mentality
