The Job Cross-market leader accountable for developing and executing the integrated care delivery sales strategy and directly managing the integrated care delivery sales team. You Will Sales Strategy & Team Leadership: Refine and evolve SCAN's sales approach, focusing on new channels to accelerate membership growth. As well as other programs that might be developed.Market & Risk Analysis: Continuously evaluate competitors and market trends, while identifying and mitigating risks to inform leadership and guide expansion strategies.Business Development & Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and negotiate partnerships with healthcare providers, tech vendors, and senior living operators for market entry and growth. Fostering lasting relationships within senior living communities and use impactful presentations and proposals to drive growth and establish new partnerships.Sales & Process Improvement: Manage CRM systems with a focus on leveraging analytics to optimize sales productivity, streamline processes, and inform strategic decisions. Mentor and support training of sales team, compliance, and sales operations alongside other sales leadership.Customer Retention & Account Management: Develop retention programs based on customer feedback and analytics, while delivering actionable insights on key accounts for strategic planning and budgeting.Cross-Functional Strategy & Execution: Collaborate proactively with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to align goals, execute expansion plans, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Thought Leadership: Position SCAN as a thought leader in the integrated care delivery space by participating in industry events, conferences, and contributing to relevant publications.Innovation and Product Alignment: Collaborate with the product team to ensure sales strategies align with product features and capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation that meet market demands.Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.Other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
MBA preferred.
5 or more years of sales experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage or senior living setting.
Demonstrated track record of success in growth, new market development, business development, and/or strategy consulting in a healthcare field.
Successful sales management experience is required.
MS Office required.
Excellent communication, promotion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and manage sales trends.
What's in it for you? Base salary range: $125,400.00 to $200,600.00 annually
