We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality service and knowledge to our customers in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: order entry, product information and recommendations, availability, billing and other queries
Utilize and reference our programs and data bases pertaining to order processing, returns, and ecommerce
Maintain a direct relationship with both retailers and consumers via phone and email
Professionally address all incoming requests promptly and thoroughly
Collaborate daily with other internal departments such as Marketing, Research & Development, Accounting, Warehouse and Operations
Maintain customer accounts (account notes, pricing, contact information and addresses)
Accurately and efficiently gather information to fulfill both customer and business needs
Requirements: Highly developed customer service skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in any setting, with a positive and pleasant attitude
Strong work ethic and team player mentality
Gain a strong knowledge of products and procedures in each brand category
Detail oriented and organized with strong documentation skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule if needed, dependent upon seasonal workload
Confident working in a fast paced environment, prioritizing and managing time efficiently
Basic computer and program skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in customer service or front desk position is requested, but not required.
