Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of orders

- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members

- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns

- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
