What you will do in this role:
Responsible for planning, scope management, financial management and execution for IT projects in support of business objectives
Responsible for identifying project milestones and tracking progress, including outcomes, of the project phases
Responsible to lead and manage project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team
Responsible for managing project performance using standard project management tools, procedures, and adhering to Fossil standards
Responsible for managing issues, risks,and appropriate mitigation plans
Responsible for identifying and clearing project roadblocks in a timely manner
Responsible for applying critical thinking to manage project dependencies throughout project lifecycle
Responsible for coordinating/facilitating meetings as needed to support project related activities
Responsible for providing project status to all levels of the organization
Responsible for facilitating knowledge transfer of Projects to IT Operations team
Responsible for maintaining annual PMP certification and staying current with PMP trends

Your Skills 7+ years IT Project Management experience
1+ year of Retail industry experience
Experience with Global HR technology preferred
Experience managing large package implementation initiatives
Experience working with multiple vendors
Strong skills in vendor management including reviewing SOWs
Experience with financial project spend tracking
Excellent skills in project estimation, scheduling, and status tracking
Strong skills with issue, risk and change request management
Excellent and timely communications and collaboration skills
Strong sense of accountability
Strong problem solving abilities
Attention to detail and efficient time management skills required
Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or other Project Management software
