The opportunity:
As a Consultant, youll be at the epicentre of the Private equity space, providing critical support to and learning from our senior team members, as well as working with a remarkable variety of market-leading candidates and clients on a range of critical mandates, developing relationships and managing the end to end process.
What we want from you:
Proactively identify and engage with best-in-class senior candidates and prospective clients, cultivating your own network of trusted relationships
Utilise exceptional communication, on the phone and in person, to understand candidates backgrounds and motivations, client mandates and efficiently match the two
Be the pivotal first point of contact for candidates and clients and act as an ambassador for our brand
Harness market knowledge, deep-diving into your own research and taking advantage of our training and expertise to become an industry expert in your own right
Excel in a fast-paced & high-performance environment, surrounded by driven & successful colleagues
The ideal candidate:
While we provide the tools for success, it is up to you to make it happen. Some attributes we look for in our Consultants include: 12+ months of previous recruitment experience, preferably within a similar market (finance) to our core verticals or within Private Equity
Highly motivated, ambitious and willing to work hard to succeed
Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
Impeccable communication skills and the ability to make an impact on senior candidates and existing and prospective clients, in-person, virtually or on the phone.
Strong research and analytical skills
This role is for the elite, the top 10% in the financial recruitment space.
