Position Overview
This position will be supporting roles from hourly to salaried in the Mountain and Pacific Time Zones and ideally will be located somewhere in the market or close to it. The Recruiter will report to the West Division Recruiting Manager and will deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support to a specific business or group of businesses as defined by the Recruiting Manager. This will include full lifecycle recruitment and interaction with various business leaders and hiring managers. As required, s/he will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand business goals, and identify, source, screen and attract a diverse slate of candidates to meet job requirements. This role will work closely with his/her counterparts who play similar roles in support of other Recruiting Managers. This position can be located anywhere.
Candidate sourcing, including the use of Internet job boards, creative sourcing, social media, internal resume database, & direct sourcing.
Manage the staffing process which will be full cycle recruitment and work in conjunction with Hiring Managers and Onboarding team
Conduct phone interviews and make recommendations to client partners
Act as brand ambassador for SiteOne to candidates, both passive and non-passive
Build productive partnerships with management and leadership
Support special projects and improvement efforts
Skills We Are Seeking
A strong recruiting background with experience in high volume recruiting
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage customers and associated expectations
A desire to work in a team based environment
Strongly motivated with the ability to reflect the SiteOne DNA element of customer obsession
Education And Experience
BS or University degree from four-year college or university
3-5 years of high volume recruiting and candidate sourcing experience
